Workshop Registration

The following instructions are provided to help you successfully register for any ACICS workshop. Workshop registration can't be completed using your institution's account. You MUST create an individual account for each person interested in attending the workshop.

Reading this page in advance should make your registration experience go smoothly. Please follow the instructions based on whether or not you have used the ACICS member portal previously.

Please note, you can register only once for each workshop. You may register for different workshops, but only for yourself. If you still have questions, please contact Soo Ryun Kim at skim@acics.org.

 

Individuals with NO ACICS Account

  1. Create an Account. Click on the "Create an Account" link in the top right corner of the ACICS homepage.
    1. Create a username and password and click Submit.
    2. Choose "Individual" as Type of Registration. Enter contact information.
     
  2. Review My Account Information.
    1. Hover over My Account from the left hand menu.
    2. Choose My Addresses
    3. Because you will be required to use a credit card to register for a workshop, your BILL TO address must match credit card address. If your primary address is not the credit card address, add an alternate address and assign it as your BILL TO address.
    4. Also, if your name is not the name on the credit card, remove the pre-populated name and type in the name on the credit card.
     
  3. Choose Workshop(s). Click on "Meetings" in the left side menu.
    1. If you are selecting multiple workshops, review the list of workshops and select the workshop of your choice. Click ADD TO CART. Add other workshops as necessary.
    2. If you are selecting one workshop, click on the workshop title which will take you directly to the checkout screen.
     
  4. Check Out. When finished selecting workshops, click on SHOPPING CART. (At this point you still have the ability to remove or add items before checking out.) When ready, click CHECK OUT.

Individuals with an ACICS Account

 

If you have previously attended an ACICS workshop or conducted other business with ACICS, you may already have an individual account in our system. Using your username and password, follow the steps below:

  1. Login. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the ACICS homepage using your Individual username and password.
  2. Review My Account Information.
    1.  Logging back into the online member site and hover over My Account from the left hand menu.
    2. Choose My Addresses
    3. Because you will be required to use a credit card to register for a workshop, your BILL TO address must match credit card address. If your primary address is not the credit card address, add an alternate address and assign it as your BILL TO address.
    4. Also, if your name is not the name on the credit card, remove the pre-populated name and type in the name on the credit card.
     
  3. Choose Workshop(s). Click on Meetings in the left side menu.
    1. If you are selecting multiple workshops, review the list of workshops and select the workshop of your choice. Click ADD TO CART. Add other workshops as necessary.
    2. If you are selecting one workshop, click on the workshop title which will take you directly to the checkout screen.
     
  4. Check Out. When finished selecting workshops, click on SHOPPING CART. (At this point you still have the ability to remove or add items before checking out.)
    When ready, click CHECK OUT.

I Don't Know If I Have an Account.

If you have previously attended an ACICS workshop or conducted other business with ACICS, you may already have an individual account in our system. If you are unsure, please contact ebiz@acics.org to confirm or retrieve your login credentials before attempting to register.
